Welcome to GNS Broadband (RVA Wireless)

    Wireless Broadband To (Rural) Virginia

GNS Broadband / Rural Virginia Wireless thanks you for visiting our website as we update our services for Wireless Broadband Internet Access to Rural Virginia.  GNS, a totally separate company from Digitial Bridge (BridgeMaxx) and using different technology for service, is dedicated to providing Broadband Internet Access to the rural customers of Virginia.  Launching this program in Appomattox County in Feb. 2008, GNS is planning to increase its coverage to other localities thoughout the state, so please check back with our website as we update our progress.

If the following service interests your desire to know more about Broadband Internet Access for Rural Virginia, please contact us for further information.

Coverage area:

At present, GNS Networks has its main tower (Tower1) located at the Industrial Park in the town of Appomattox.  This tower feeds our second tower at Stratton Dairy Farm (off Rt.609) in Concord.  Our signal is strong enough to cover a 30 mile radius, but is limited in different directions because of topology which is the reason for a site survey to each perspective customer.

Tower 1 covers north to customers in Oakville as well as east to Horseshoe Road. Tower 2 covers much of northern Concord and various western parts of Campbell County.

Our next project is to reach further east into the Vera region.  This additional coverage area is dependent upon the stimulus package.
